Our needs were not necessarily an opportunity for the POD model. We retained Symbiotic to source physicians for our openings across the eastern seaboard down to Florida and now launching in Texas. The attention to detail coupled with speed and efficiency launched us into a space we as an organization had yet to reach. Withing 9 months our group interviewed and hired 15 providers and we are still growing. I highly recommend their retained services. By far the most financially friendly solution which is an exclamation mark on their recruiting efforts. They are the only firm we use.
