We are a large manufacturing facility and staffing for the bread-and-butter positions on the factory floor hit a stalemate in late 2021. We were introduced to the POD model with Symbiotic and it was a lightning rod for candidates. We were able to meet (and at time exceed) the needs we had post-pandemic to get orders completed and out to our customers. Symbiotic was instrumental in helping us navigate the storm.
